Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

Being an Inside sales Executive you will be responsible for Generating Leads and Understanding client needs, pain points, goals, and tailoring the sales pitch to demonstrate how the offered products or services can address these needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to generate new leads.
2. Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up.
3. Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
4. Conduct research to gather information on prospective clients and identify key decision-makers.
5. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

Requirements:

1. Min 2-3 years of inside sales experience.
2. Experience with problem-solving sales approach to understand client needs and suggest practical and effective solutions and workarounds.
3. Excellent written and verbal persuasive communication skills in English.
4. Experience with CRM tool is a plus.
5. Experience in B2B sales / SaaS.
