Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive our brand recognition & penetration across existing and new markets.
2. Curate relevant and appropriate brand related messaging through marketing collateral and
selected marketing channels.
3. Deliver web traffic targets and oversee the optimization of that traffic and conversion to
4. Drive innovation and continuous improvement culture across the team.
5. Work in collaboration with our country heads and platform heads.
6. Oversee marketing budget & internal content marketing function
7. Work out of our global hubs in Kuala Lumpur or Chennai

1. 7-10 years of experience in a strategic marketing role.
2. Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries
4. Proficiency in HubSpot or Zoho marketing automation software, or other similar platforms
5. Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working
6. Develop, manage and utilize all analytics and platforms to track marketing initiatives and
then optimize them.
