Lead Data Scientist 

Position Overview:

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, tuning, and implementing algorithms to optimize our advertising platform and drive growth. In this leadership role, you’ll work closely with different teams, including advertisers, media owners, and data partners, to create and improve algorithms that solve business problems and make our system better. You’ll lead a team of data scientists, oversee projects, and share your findings and ideas with others, both technical and non-technical.


  1. Evaluate, tune, and optimize existing algorithms to enhance the performance of our DMP focussed on the OOH industry.

2. Develop and implement new algorithms to address specific business challenges and improve overall system efficiency.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for algorithmic improvements and new developments.

4. Lead a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring successful project execution.

5. Present complex data analysis findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ADTech and OOH advertising, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our data-driven solutions.

7. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.


1. Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data science, with a focus on algorithm development and optimization.

3. Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.

4. Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with relevant data science libraries and tools.

5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex challenges.

6. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of data scientists.

7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

8. Familiarity with ADTech and OOH advertising industry trends and technologies is a Plus.
